How to join

If you are interested in joining our club, we strongly recommend that you come along and have a chat or even give it a bash straight away!

If you mention this website we will give you the first lesson completely FREE, with no obligation to join. If you don't like it, that's fine, at least you haven't lost anything. If you do like it, brilliant, membership options are below.

Can anybody do it?

Basically YES!

Men, women and children of all fitness levels and abilities are welcome. We don't have any minimum fitness requirements as our aim is to improve each individual at a rate that best suits them - it isn't a competition to be the fittest, quickest or most flexible person in the class.

If you have any medical problems you should obviously consult your GP first, or we can put you in touch with specialised Sports Injury Experts who can evaluate how you should train. We can work around injuries or problems, and even suggest alternative techniques which will help to improve and benefit you. Nobody is forced to do any activity which they are not comfortable with or are unable to do safely.

We prefer children to be at least 7 years old, otherwise they can sometimes demand too much attention which is unfair on the other students (although this restriction is based on the individual child and at the decretion of the Instructors).

Membership Options & Fees

GOLD
£65 Life membership, club tshirt & trousers, full WUMA licence for 12 months.

SILVER
£49 Life membership, club tshirt & trousers.

BRONZE
£29 Life membership.

Once you've joined, you basically just "Pay As You Train". No Direct Debits and no charges when you don't train. Adults pay £4 per session, and children (under 16) pay £3 per session.
